I didn’t get into Berlin Marathon but there’s options. I’ll keep you posted.

Out on the dark and back in the light. Endorphin fuelled after a 3 X (3x1k w/60s recovery) 3min jog between sets. Trying to hit 4:00 per 1k. It's hard when you not got the #TrackTuesday train carrying you along but I really enjoyed trying. @adventrunning is well and truly underway.
