Home Sweet Home Bakealong 34: Cheese & Rosemary Breadsticks
A good recipe to have up your sleeve these breadsticks are good for dunking or straight-up munching. Simple, useful and a crowd pleaser.
I had to make and photograph these in a rush (quelle surprise) so they are a bit mis-shapen and it’s iPhone photos.
Cheese & Rosemary Breadsticks

Makes 10-12
For the dough
180ml lukewarm water
1 1/2 tsp caster sugar
1 1/2 tsp active yeast (I used one packed of fast action dried yeast)
210g strong white bread flour
1/4 tsp salt
For the coating
80g parmesan cheese, finely grated
60g gruyere cheese finely grated (or skip this like I did)
1 tso fresh rosemary, chopped (or use dried as I did)
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
60ml olive oil
