2 minute canapé: Parmesan and poppy seed crisps with fig and prosciutto

Look smart, dead easy to make
This blog post is bought to you in the style of Gordon Ramsey.
Pre-grated parmesan, poppyseeds. Mix
Circular cookie cutter on baking tray. Sprinkle. Repeat.
Put in the oven (220C/425F/Gas 7) for 1-2 mins. Done.
Slice figs. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Grill.
Onion jam, rocket, proscitto and fig slice – pile onto crisps.

these look amazing, will definately give them a try.
What a fab quick canape, just wish I like fresh fig, maybe I could improvise, answers on a postcard!
You could use lots of different toppings – slice of tomato and a drizzle of pesto?
