This is a note to self (that you get to share)

Rickson dense-flapjack recipe:
175g butter
175g golden syrup
175g Demerara sugar (preferably half dark brown sugar instead)
350g porridge oats

Melt all. Add oats.

150c / gas mark 1 for 40mins
